These terms govern your access to and use of Cyber Hawk. Engaging with the game in any way constitutes full acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree, please exit.

// ACCESS

Cyber Hawk is provided free of charge with no registration required. Access may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, redesign, or discontinuation of the game.

// LICENCE GRANT

Subject to these terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Cyber Hawk in a browser for private, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not extend to the game's underlying code, assets, or intellectual property.

// PROHIBITED ACTIONS

The following are expressly forbidden:

• Deploying bots, macros, or automated input to influence score or gameplay
• Extracting, decompiling, or repurposing game assets — visual, audio, or code — for redistribution or commercial use
• Circumventing any technical measure that limits access or use of the game
• Representing Cyber Hawk as your own work in any commercial or professional context
• Any use that contravenes applicable law in your jurisdiction

// INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of Cyber Hawk — the hawk character, enemy designs, visual effects, soundtrack, source code, and branding — are the exclusive property of their creators. Playing the game grants no ownership interest in any of these elements.

// DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Cyber Hawk is offered without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the game will be free from errors, that it will run on every browser or device, or that it will remain accessible indefinitely. Use it as-is and enjoy it for what it is.

// LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the makers of Cyber Hawk accept no liability for any losses or damages resulting from use of or inability to use the game, including the permanent loss of a record-breaking score to a rogue browser update.

// AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting. Your continued use of Cyber Hawk after any amendment constitutes acceptance.
